Tastes Like It's Grilled. Butter Chicken
One of my favorite recipes to make is a quick and easy chicken dinner I like to call Butter Chicken. Not only is it affordable, it is quick and easy to prepare and cook.
What you need:
Thawed Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1-2 tablespoons butter Seasonings
(Recommended):
Seasoning Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Beau Monde
Frying pan
Cutting board
Cut chicken breasts in to bite size pieces or strips. Place chicken in frying pan over medium heat with about 1 tablespoon of butter for 2-3 pieces of chicken.
Stir chicken to coat evenly with melted butter and coat frying pan. Season. Stir often and cook until chicken is cooked through. As butter is absorbed into chicken, pieces will brown; continue to cook until they are light golden brown in color.
You can serve as is or add vegetables to the chicken in the frying pan to make a stir fry! |
